Best Turkey Burgers Ever with Riverbench Estate Pinot Noir

There’s still a little good weather left for burgers, and these are not your usual turkey burgers. They’re moist, juicy, and super flavorful, so you’ll want to make them again and again.

• 1 lb. ground turkey
• ¼ cup diced onion
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. sriracha
• 1 egg
• Burger buns
• Various toppings: tomato, avocado, cheese, and of course, mayo and ketchup!

Preheat the grill.

In a bowl, mix together first five ingredients. Form patties. I like larger burgers, so I make three, but you can definitely make slightly smaller ones and get four.

Grill for about 4 minutes per side on medium heat, or until cooked through. Serve on buns with all of your favorite toppings!
